SUSTENANCE

You are what you eat.
Consumption, digestion, assimilation —
Mechanical, perfunctory!

Exercise and watch your diet.
Some new theory?  Quick, let's try it.
Vegetables and fruit are in.
Fat and sugar?  They're a sin.
Better to abstain from meats,
If man is simply what he eats.


Hey, don't let 'em fool ya!


As a man thinketh, so is he.
Cognizance, determination, evaluation —
Intelligent, deliberate!

Know the truth and watch your thinking.
Take no thought for eating, drinking.
Feed your mind with love and mercy.
Eliminate the controversy.
When you are what God is knowing,
Life and health are overflowing.
