provide you with a systematic means of demonstrating your innate spirituality, your power
and authority as the image and likeness of God, and your inherent exemption from sin,
sickness, and death.

Step 1. Establish Biblical Authority For The Truth
"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine,
for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: that the man of God may be
perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works." (II Tim. 3:16)
Step 2. Establish A Biblical Definition Of God
In your prayer, give earnest consideration to as many of the divine characteristics
as you can think of: all-powerful, ever-present, infinite, all-knowing, all-inclusive,
etc. For even greater insight and clarity, combine these with the Biblical terms for God,
i.e. Mind, Soul, Spirit, Life, Truth, and Love. This brings the spiritual concept of God
that the Bible reveals into clearer focus in your thought.
Step 3. Establish A Biblical Definition Of Man
We pray each day to establish the genuine spiritual idea of man firmly in our
thought, then we are not so easily deceived or misled by the sinning mortal counterfeit
that material sense seems to see everywhere.
Step 4. Expose And Denounce The Carnal Mind
If mankind had once understood that the earth was round, no amount of outward
evidence to the contrary could ever have convinced him that it was flat. We can only be
deceived by what is false if we accept it as true.
Step 5. Reaffirm Biblical Definitions
In Step Four we focused our attention on error and its method of operation. To
reaffirm our understanding of its nothingness, and God's Allness, we need to lift thought
once again to the conscious acknowledgement of truth.
Step 6. Know Truth's Healing Cannot Be Concealed.
In conclusion, it is important to seal our conscious daily recognition and
acknowledgement of truth with a solid affirmation of its enduring value and ongoing
healing effect.
